Community Partner Application Process
Thank you for your interest in being included in the Starting Point’s Out-of-School Time Finder Tool. Below are the steps for submitting your community-based program to be part of our trusted directory. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth application process.
Step One: Complete the Intake Form
To get started, please complete the Intake Form. This form will capture important details about your program, including:
- Proof of Insurance & Background Check Acknowledgement: These are required for verification purposes to ensure your program meets our safety and quality standards.

Contact Information: Provide the details of the primary contact person for your program.
Once you have filled out the form, click SEND to proceed.
Intake Form
Step Two: Schedule a Meeting with a Starting Point Team Member
After submitting the Intake Form, a pop up window will appear with information to schedule an appointment. If you don’t see the pop up, please email the team at OSTFinder@Starting-Point.org.
Prepare for your Meeting
During this meeting, a Starting Point team member will walk you through the final steps of the application process, including:
Profile Creation: We will create your program’s profile based on the details provided.
Verification of Program Details: We will verify all information, ensuring it is accurate and complete.
Please be prepared to answer questions about your program to help us create a comprehensive profile.
Step Three: Verify Profile Information
Once your meeting is complete, your program profile will be live within one business week. Please be sure to check the Out-of-School Time Finder Tool regularly to ensure that the information displayed is current and accurate.
Note: Starting Point is not responsible for outdated or incorrect information in the directory. It is important that you update your profile as program details change.
